  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 smoked bacon rashers
  • 85 grams grated cheese
  • 1 red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Chop up the onion, pepper and bacon rashers.
  • Fry until brown and add to a muffin tin.
  • Whisk the eggs, add salt & pepper and add to the muffin tin.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and place in the oven for 15-20 mins..
